The grounds and the villa were beautiful. The pool and the restaurant were top notch. The hotel provided bicycles that were perfect for riding around the grounds and to a nearby park, where there was restaurants, shopping, zip lining, and a cenote. The staff was excellent and it was a fantastic experience!
The rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful, guiding us to some very nice and uncrowded sites, including a wonderful cenote out of town. The pool and courtyard area is lovely. Breakfast was delicious. We regretted leaving.
Spent so little money on this hotel I was not expecting the amazing oasis that we received! Restaurant in the hotel was great, the pool was perfect, rooms were clean and super beautiful, and the staff were the best! If I come back to Valladolid, I would only stay here.

Beautiful new hotel in Valladolid. We loved it and will return for sure. about 6 or 8 blocks from town square nice walk or taxis are about 35 pesos. They accepted my dog Chihuahua which for me is a huge plus a lot of places we have to stay in older places. Wish the world would understand my dog is so much better behaved then my kids were LOL
Breakfast was good. Kind of funny how the kitchen and the breaks areas work. They take your order and waitress have to walk across the hotel to bring your food. You ask for coffee and you have to wait 10 minutes until the waitress walk again to the kitchen area and come back with a single cup of coffee. But service was really good.
This was the perfect spot for me. Less than a 10 minute drive to Chichen Itzá. The very personable owner made a wonderful breakfast before I departed to see the ruins. He gave fantastic recommendations and sincerely wanted me to enjoy my stay.
I spent two nights at the bungalow because I wanted to enjoy an authentic rural experience. I visited several towns in the area and thoroughly enjoyed myself. I actually could’ve spent a third night.
