"They were super helpful over the phone. I had a driver waiting for me at the airport. They sent my confirmation by Whatsapp and care about us before our arrival. They also offered assistance to visit sites that have big waiting lines and with a guidan we can avoid wait for a long time and go inside faster.
The Spa is fabulous, the hotel super charming and near important monuments around.

Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
Receptionist was extremely helpful. I had actually inadvertently booked the wrong dates. They were able to make it right for me. Additionally they were able to make last minute spa and roof top dinner reservations. Great service overall!
This location is right next to everything! We booked the city view room for our stay in Istanbul, and loved the views, location and hotel! The convenience of walking out the hotel, and being right next to all the sites was a win for us! Also the hotel is clean, friendly and has one the the best rooftop restaurants with amazing views of the city for breakfast and at night! Highly recommend and would stay again!
We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. A huge highlight was the adorable cats outside they greeted us every single time we returned! Location-wise, it’s super convenient and close to everything. The early Turkish breakfast wasn't quite our cup of tea, but it was okay. Overall, an excellent experience!
Absolutely loved the hotel! Very conveniently located with walking distance from all the important places. We booked a room with partial sea view and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful, and the way they setup the room was very nice especially placing the floor mats with slippers near the bed with a chocolate was a very nice gesture. The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. Istanbul is a great city and you can't find a better location than hotel Sultania. All the main attractions (topkapi palace, hagia sophia, basilic cistern, blu mosque, Egyptian bazaar) are within walking distance, the longest we walked was to the grand bazaar which was about 1 km. However, the tram is right around the corner if you don't like to walk, and is very frequent. Even the ferries to galata and the Asian side are walking distance.
