Absolutely loved the hotel! Very conveniently located with walking distance from all the important places. We booked a room with partial sea view and it was amazing. The hotel was super clean, staff was very helpful, and the way they setup the room was very nice especially placing the floor mats with slippers near the bed with a chocolate was a very nice gesture. If I come to besikhtash I will definitely stay at this hotel and will also recommend to my friends.
A brand new property (4 months old). Very comfortable and well decorated. Staff were very polite and useful offering tea and coffee when we returned to the hotel. Location was very convenient to many amenities. Nice courtyard. Breakfast was average and lunch was not served. The rate was very attractive. Highly recommend.

This little gem was such a pleasant stay! The front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transport and suggesting things to do during the day, the breakfast was delicious and fantastic, and the kitchen ladies were so lovely and kind. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia were less than a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.

It was clean , all important sight seeing places are on walking distance. Break fast was better I will advised them to add more fruits. Day and night staff were very respectful and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and went out of their way to help, accommodate, and ensure we felt comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful, and the front desk team was outstanding. The airport transfer was smooth, but allow extra time due to traffic. Keep in mind that it’s an older area, so don’t expect modern finishes, instead, embrace it as part of the experience and enjoy. I would definitely return.
My wife and I, plus another couple, enjoyed 5 nights stay in this lovely hotel. The staff made us feel at home and were very helpful. The facilities were high standard. Rooms were modern, provincial themed, kept nicely warm and modern bathroom. The roof top restaurant (enclosed) had great views and the food was excellently prepared and presented, both breakfast and dinner.
The foyer area is almost a museum; lovely place to relax and enjoy.

We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. Union Port is a small boutique hotel (and coffee shop) with an exceptionally friendly staff. We had a lovely room on the 4th floor. And the staff was excellent and very accommodating. Every time we came in or left the staff greeted us and it was right in the middle of everything. Short walk to all the restaurants and all the attractions we love to stay and it was sad to check out but we had other places to go. We will return

The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & a 5 minute walk to the tram. Every employee there gets a 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, & on being accommodating.

When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.
