"Very cosy hotel right on the beach and not far from the Istanbul new airport. We often fly via Istanbul with overnight layover and in the past we used to take a long taxi drive to town amid heavy traffic. And now we have discovered a good alternative in Karaburum which is much closer and more relaxing. This hotel is a good option in Karaburum. The staff are nice and helpful, the breakfast is excellent, the village atmosphere around is pleasant. A small problem was water on the balcony of our room: No drain has been built to let water out, and after the rain the balcony becomes a small pool. We could live without a balcony as it is just a couple of steps from the room to the small garden and beach, Therefore it was not annoying but rather funny that builders could do such a blunder. Otherwise, very nice hotel!"
