Everything works perfectly, and there's nothing to complain about. The rooms are a little small, but they're comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and sophisticated. The morning cleaning staff are diligent and very professional. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. It's definitely one of the best hotels in Kanagawa Prefecture....
