"Great location, only a 20 minute walk to the Grand Place and on the south side of Brussels, ideal for Brussels Charleroi airport. Our first room was on level -1 and was quite dark with a gap between the bathroom door and wall which meant you could see the person sitting on the toilet. There was also a lot of noise that sounded like a door constantly slamming. However, the hotel staff were very helpful and changed the room the next day to a much quieter location on the ground floor. There was free coffee and water available 24 hours a day and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a very nice hotel in a great location."

"Good Stay, With One Thing to Know The hotel was very good and felt new. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was that the room took a few hours to fully cool down, but overall it wasn’t a major concern. One thing travelers should know in advance is that although the hotel advertises a spa, the spa is operated separately and comes at an additional cost. We’ve stayed at other Autograph Collection hotels where spa access was included with the reservation, so it would be helpful if this was made clearer when booking. Other than that, we had a good experience. The hotel is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and I would consider staying here again."

"Great location, clean and well repaired premises. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful bar and restaurant on premises. 5min from Brussels Central, 15 min to the central Brussels bar and restaurants. Awesome."

"The location is excellent . The property is fine . I didn’t realise at time I booked the bar and restaurant were shut although it was actually on the website and my own fault . So I can’t rate them . If the rate is good I would stay again"
