We had comfortable enjoyable stay at the Ibis. All the staff were great. So friendly, welcoming and only happy to help. Nothing was too much problem. Would stay again

The location opposite Brussels Midi Railway Station is the main reason to stay here.

Excellent location if arriving by train to Brussels Zuid. However about 30 minutes walk to main square, no problem for me but maybe would be for others. Hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly (especially bar staff). Room could have done with a bit of a refresh but was comfortable enough.

Premium room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and quiet. The room’s decor was a bit dated tiny TV, and bathroom a bit tired. However made up by the friendly staff, and a bar that was open late for food which was appreciated as we arrived much later than planned thanks to German trains!

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The rooms were a little bigger than most Ibis hotels I’ve stayed at. Aircon was good and there was the ability to open the window for fresh air too. Kettle and mugs were provided along with tea bags and coffee plus a bottle of water. Despite the hotel being full, we heard very little noise from any other guests during our five night stay. A water dispenser in reception was handy for refilling our water bottle. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the bar was comfortable and inviting. The location was excellent, just across the road from Gare du midi. We caught the metro 6 here which took us directly to the stadium and area where the Atomium is. We also caught the W bus directly outside which took us down to the Waterloo memorial sites. The area outside at night is not somewhere I’d like to hang about but walking from the station or local restaurant was fine. I’d highly recommend a stay here.

Their aircon is maximized on the lowest setting, but it's still not cold. Cup for coffee or tea not washed with stain. Staff are nice. We complaint about the aircon they give us an electric fan.
