"Loved this hotel. It was right on the market square in downtown Heidelberg. Being over 300 years old, the inside was charming and had the feel of old Germany. Our room was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I even had a beautiful view of the castle outside my window. One thing to know is there is no parking right at the hotel, but we just unloaded our suitcases and parked in a garage nearby."

The hotel restaurant was outstanding - a lot of the diners were locals which is a good sign. Had I not been on a tight time schedule, I would have loved to try their breakfast."
