"The hotel is beautiful, just keep in mind that there is no elevator. I can't remember if I saw that it didn't have an elevator, but you can request to be on the first floor if there are any available rooms. I didn't see this option, so our room was like at the third floor I believe. It was hard to having to go downstairs and the upstairs a lot of times, but we got our daily exercise lol. Other than that, the facility is very pretty. There is a lot of green areas, the pool is nice but I recommend to go when the sun is not very intense. The food was awesome, the staff were friendly, and they can also find you a taxi at the front desk which I found very helpful. There's also a guy in the reception that offers activities at an affordable price. The location is good, not the best but it can be close to a lot of things."

"My husband I went during the week and it wasn’t busy at all. This place was a great getaway for us. Puerto Escondido is HUMID, so having the pool was amazing, especially since you aren’t able to swim in the beach due to high tides. You will need to arrange transportation if you want to go downtown; the hotel is about 15min from local stores and taxis do not enter the hotel property unless you already booked. The staff are very welcoming and nice; they helped us arrange transportation to the airport. Download WhatsApp if you haven’t already, it’s the best way to communicate with the front desk staff. The room itself was very clean. They do not provide toiletries or hand towels, so come prepared with everything you need. Breakfast is included and the food is really good! I would absolutely recommend this hotel!"
