The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was incredible and a very nice gentleman was engaging with guests and was talking about things to see and do in the city."

"Top notch ambiance. Lifts are old but very fast and never crowded. Cool soothing Jazz/triphop beats in public areas and bogs. Low accidental slashing risk as most edges and corners are rounded (key concern for blood thinner medication patron). Unusually thick toilet roll (Can you share where you source these?) . Black light testing on pillows raised STD concerns"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Apex City of Bath Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The pool and steam room were a real highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day exploring Bath. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!"

"From the moment we checked the staff were excellent and super friendly. Check in was simple and the onsite car park was great too however very limited on spaces. The man on reception was outstanding (I didn’t catch his name) The room was super clean and very spacious as hotel rooms go. 10/10 would recommend "

"This was my second stay here. Wonderfully situated near The Cathedral and safe to walk around. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I might suggest they put a robe in the room but I imagine one would be available upon request. "
