"Fantastic location of hotel. Staff were amazing with me when I arrived as was upset, they reassured me gave me a glass of fizz and even upgraded my room . Maids were good. Everyone was friendly in hotel. Mainly couples hotel . Couldn’t fault them would definately stay again given location too was great "

"The apartment and complex were kept very clean. Apartment was just as described and was very nice indeed. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only negatives were that the main pool was closed for maintenance, complex was at the top of an extremely steep hill, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. Building work nearby was both noisy and produced lots of dust! It would have been better if we had known about all of these issues prior to booking, maybe a mention on the website would have been good?"

"Lovely hotel with incredible views over the sea, very nice pool, good location with restaurants etc nearby and a 15 mins walk to the main part of Puerto de la Cruz (a bit steep on the way back). Plenty of parking within 5-10 mins walk. Breakfast is good, only negative is that the lifts are quite slow. "

"Brilliant experience. Very friendly staff. Views of the ocean and location were excellent. Breakfast was scrumptious (special thanks to the chef at the omelette station) but food at other restaurants at the resort could get better (basics like burger and wrap were underwhelming) . Would definitely come again for the hospitality and the vibe."

"Excellent location, excellent staff. The breakfast was great and it's a really beautiful place. The rooms couldn't probably do with a slight facelift but it's part of the charm and they're clean, which matters more. I had to switch rooms a few nights in because there was a major leak in the bathroom, these things happen. More importantly, the staff were so helpful and ensured my replacement room had an equally good view. The balcony rooms are 100% worth it. I had such a good time staying here and I've stayed at 5 different hotels in the area. It has a traditional feel, it's family run and there's so much history."
