Lovely hotel on a mountain top. This time of year is very quiet for them, so there is just a self-check-in. You really only see the staff attendant at breakfast, so if you have questions that is the time to ask them. Otherwise you are on your own. The room itself was lovely with a very comfortable bed. This is a wonderful hotel, especially for families with active children. Our kids loved the expansive play area and soccer field access. We also all enjoyed the abundant breakfast options. We hope to stay here again.
This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended.
