Hotels in Colerain Township

"Our room was dirty when we got in. Dirty towels, sheets, trash still in the bins. Hair balls in the bathroom. It was clear someone had JUST showered and then checked out right beforehand. It was a busy weekend, there was some sort of cheer or dance event happening so we wanted to be understanding. However when we reported this to front desk, there was zero urgency or care to fix the problem. “We don’t have any other rooms” is what we were told. No apologies or suggestions for remedy from front desk. I believe the man’s name was Brian. The one housekeeper for the entire hotel (it seemed) was apologetic and offered to help clean it. However he only brought the wrong size sheets and some towels - the room still was not cleaned or disinfected. My kids had to sleep on the bare mattress because when j called to get sheets, no one would answer the front desk. Thankfully we were compensated for our troubles at checkout, which I appreciate! However it was still gross and inconvenient for an over $200 stay. "

"Clean room"

"The room was clean, smelled fresh, clean sheets. The bathroom was ok, but dated. The AC unit was filthy, filters were completely plugged up. Pulled and washed them out in the shower. Most of the outlets were broken. Only a couple worked. The desk clerk was on her first day. Painfully slow, but pleasant. The restaurant was closed, which was the feature we were most excited about. Not planning on coming back here. "

"Requested free breakfast and parking through the app. This was the first hotel they showed it had neither it was beautiful though."

"Breakfast was ok. I wouldnt pay for it again. Everything else was great. I wish the roof top bae was open more hours. It was one of the reasons i booked the hotel but we couldnt go because it was closed. Great hotel and very clean rooms. Love the river view. "
