Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive. Dont forget to call the shuttle service that hotel provides. There is very limited transportation in the area. Place is very relaxing and a lot of amenities available. The staff is very friendly and would even go above and beyond the service they provide. The front desk person drove us to the market just to buy the fuji apple that we wanted before getting dropped off the train station. The breakfast was good.

Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it.... I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved this place. Yes, the insides are a little dated and the feel of it is very rural. But the employees there are amazing and very helpful.
