Amazing stay experience with the breathtaking view of Lake Kawaguchi and the magnificent Mt. Fuji from your room literally in and out. The room was tidy and spacious with the ceiling tall window and the comfortable terrace sofa. The staff and the service was very friendly, approachable yet has a first class detailed hospitality. The property was highly designed well on how you spend the time in both in the room and in the woods by the nature. Definitely recommend for any group if any age!!

We splurged on this hotel and it was magical! They offer a free shuttle from the train station, super easy to get to from Tokyo. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful once you get in! We got the private onsen room, that had a lovely view of Mt. Fuji from the window seat (love the window seat) and the onsen. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. We loved this place. Yes, the insides are a little dated and the feel of it is very rural. But the employees there are amazing and very helpful. Negatives first - this hotel is abit out the way, so if you plan on going, it might be worth more than a day trip/more than one night stay. The arcad/entertainment rooms are very dated and could use some investment. Maybe opt for a lake view, we chose Fuji but as it was cloudy it wasn’t the best view in the world. That’s it....
