"The hotel was pretty clean overall which is a huge plus. The staff was great. One of our complaints was the noise, even though it is a kid centred hotel, the noise travels terribly, and there is constantly banging, running, thumping and continuous loud noise as if someone else is in your room. Our hotels have bumps and noises, but this was exceptionally loud. This can be difficult with small children and naps. Our other complaint was that the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable to the point that my husband and I were honestly barely able to sleep."

"Property welcomes pets for free and spa pool worked great. Ceiling is falling apart and very dingy inside rooms. Bed wasn't very comfortable at all. Bathrrom and shower were also small."
