2/10 Mala

First impression was mediocre and the bathroom was in serious need of remodeling. Being tired from a long day I went straight to bed. I was awakened by fleas biting my legs. Upon inspection, I found fleas in the lower portion of the bed and on my legs. The carpet was infested with them. I called the desk and a man came to my room. He asked me to show them to him. After seeing the clear picture he took me to a different room. It was in a different part of the building and was much nicer. It was difficult to sleep after that disturbance. No one should be given such a horrible room and I am even more offended after finding there was a decent room available.

We stayed there last year for a conference. Because we had such a great experience we decided to stay again for the same conference. We were not disappointed! Just as quiet, clean and welcoming as before!

The outside of the hotel was incredibly dirty with pizza box and cans on the floor, the outside furniture was also dirty as not having being cleaned for days

Breakfast was not appealing at all. Sausage was gross looking. Only thing good was waffles. We chose to go out to eat instead because of quality.

Had to ask twice for my license and credit card back and there was too much loose hair on the pillows and the sink

All of the staff was extremely helpful and kind, even when we didn't need house keeping they still knocked and asked if we just needed towels changed or coffee. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The mini fridge even had a freezer which was convenient. Breakfast was good and they always had coffee out in the hallway by the lobby for guests. It was only two floors, so not a crazy amount of traffic. All in all we had a very pleasant experience
