"Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The Staff member at check-in was cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no smile, and the interaction made it feel as though we were bothering her rather than being welcomed as guests. When we entered the room, the cleanliness was clearly below standard. The floor was sticky, there were dried alcohol on the nighstand, and there were hairs around the toilet. After taking the shower, condensation on the bathroom mirror revealed writing said « that room smells like hot dog water » We were too tired to request a room change late at night, so we stayed anyway. However, the condition of the room and the reception experience were both well below ehat we could reasonably expect from a hotel."

"The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again. "

"Room was very clean so was the bedding and restroom only complaint was the heating and cooling the room never cooled enough to sleep super comfortable and the heat when it was on made the room way to hot totally uncomfortable when I asked about it the staff just said to mess with the thermostat but still room didn’t cool enough "

"The pool was crowded with a TON of kids so we were unable to enjoy ourselves in the hot tub or pool"

"The room smelled of stale smoke, and there were only the very basic amenities (not even a tissue box or more than one facecloth). However the front desk staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The property overall was a little run down, and you could hear planes landing off and on all night. "
