"Very nice hip hotel in a converted historic brick building. Very comfortable rooms. A short ride to most things."

"The room was filthy, it had not be cleaned in a while it seems, food in the chair cushion, trash everywhere, underneath the bed, the chair, behind the nightstand. Bedding had burns. There was a dildo underneath the bed, we checked out early without saying a word. The room was disgusting. The air conditioner worked well was the one positive about the room."

"Great property, definitely would stay again. Love the location in proximity to Davis and Bishop areas. A short hop to downtown and points north."

"Breakfast menu terrible. They allow smoking inside the rooms. The whole interior of the building has a stench of marijuana whole day long. It seem to be like a traffic point for some characters. "
