From its VIP welcome package to wonderful products in the bathroom, it makes for a wonderful and restful environment. Kudos to the management and staff for ensuring the guest experience is top notch. This is my go to hotel whenever I come to Seattle."

"The AC did nothing to keep the room cool. April isn’t exactly warm in Seattle, so I can’t imagine staying there during the summer months. The room was clean but very basic-get what you pay for there! The staff though were not very warm and welcoming. "

"This was an eclectic hotel with a great staff and in a good location. It is close to the monorail that takes you to the Space Needle complex for just a few dollars. It’s also in a walkable location to Pike’s Place Market, and is close to the cruise terminal just a short ride away by Uber. They do have a shuttle for purchase, it we had a wheelchair and needed a larger vehicle, so Uber was the cheaper option for us.I would recommend purchasing the City Pass if you intend to stay a few days as it is cheaper than buying tickets to the various sites and venues."
