"My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing from the start. Checking in turned out to be more of a hassle than expected, with delays and some confusion that made the process unnecessarily frustrating after a long day of travel. Once I finally got to my room, things didn’t improve much. The room itself was quite small, leaving very little space to move around comfortably or store luggage. It felt cramped and not at all what I had anticipated based on the listing. To make matters worse, the noise level was a constant issue. Guests in the room above were very loud, and the lack of soundproofing made it seem like every step and movement echoed directly into my room. It made it difficult to relax and nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations due to the rocky check-in, limited space, and ongoing noise disturbances. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences."

"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"The check-in staff was understaffed and they became rude. I was told to sit down and they would call me up. A line of people formed and they were served before me. The room smelled. There was shabby. we had to go it sheets for the hide a bed. They didn’t even have a blanket. We will not be staying with Holliday Inn again. I expected much more for what we paid. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the Jaxon. Nice room with everything you need. Shower has great pressure. If you get there late, parking spots in lot are filled so just parked next street over. Can hear cars driving on road in morning but nothing major."
