Hotels in University Gardens

Rooftop bar was amazing! Room was nice with great views.

Amazing

Excellent staff, very polite, accommodating and welcoming. Its minutes walk away from Times Square. Everything is near by. I love staying here. Always my go to hotel. Thanks

I stayed in a single cabin and it honestly was perfect for a quick business trip. I only was there to sleep and found the room quite comfortable. There was a big mirror as well which made getting ready in the morning easier. The bathroom was small but the showers were good and had great water pressure/temperature! The staff were kind. This was a bit of a distance from a subway station, but in a nice, quiet area. Lots of bars and a bodega not far away. Really convenient to walk to Greenwich,...

Nice bakery for breakfast.

Very centrally located. Amazing staff and clean. My go to place for New York

Clean and great staff

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

Water filling station in hallway was a first.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. The rooms, though small, are smartly designed. Bulky luggage can be stowed on the roll-out shelf under the bed, and the bedside table has a slide-out shelf to accommodate your laptop. Even though you're in midtown, the hotel's updated windows help block annoying street noise. The funky design elements are amusing, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel is the cherry on top.

The hotel is nice, and in a very safe area The staff were all amazing.

I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).

This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

Perfect location, easy check in and out, clean rooms.

Hotel policy was only changed towels and sheets every 3 days. If you needed changed daily just ask at front desk. I requested fresh towels every day for my four day stay and they where changed as I requested.

Great location would stay there again.

Terrific location near subways. Scrupulously clean and quiet. Little conveniences in room were remembered

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Great location and facility
