Hotels in Westwood

The room, lobby, and pool were all extremely clean. The staff was phenomenal. The bartender was warm, polite, and went above and beyond. We ordered a few drinks, he did a great job. We swam in the pool later in the evening and the bartender noticed us, and brought my small daughter out a brownie, just because. It absolutely made her night and made her fell very special. Can’t recommend any higher.

This was by far the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in years. It was soooo clean and I was so impressed by the bathroom I had to ask when the hotel had opened; it was so immaculate it seemed brand new. Of course various 4-5 star hotels in big cities I’ve been to have been nicer, but for your average right-off-the-highway choices this was above and beyond all else.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to visit family. We had our little dog with us and were given a bottom room close to the side door for our convenience. We also explained that we would have our daughter and her 2 kids with us for a few of the nights, so that we could all spend time together. We were told that it would be no problem at all, and were not charged any more for them to stay...not even for our "4 legged' child. The whole staff, including the maids were so friendly and...

Very efficient staff and clean facility

Very convenient location, with nice size room and bathroom. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Was the best overnight stay! Very clean friendly and professional staff. Hotel room was well stocked and clean. Great night of sleep, bed was extremely comfortable!

We are a family of 6 (including 4 children under 6!) visiting friends in Kalamazoo. After searching through a bunch of places, this was the one that we decided on. And boy, am I glad we did!! The suite was very spacious, had two separate bedrooms and two attached baths. The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was adequately stocked with a great selection (including waffles!!). I think the best compliment that I can give is that I'm planning on staying there next time...

Was a wonderful stay. The pool and hot tub were the cherry on top! Would stay again!

We loved our first time ever in a B&B. My husbands comment was, “It’s like staying with house elves, you never see them but the work always gets done.” We will be staying at the Kalamazoo House in the future!

Clean, clean, clean! The only drawback I could find is that the color temp of the lights are brilliant White which is incredibly helpful to show how impeccably clean this place is but without dimmers the brightness can be jarring in the middle of the night. Overall great stay.

Staff was very friendly. Had a nice, warm indoor pool open early and closes late. Breakfast was great with fresh make-it-yourself pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs and much more. Close to interstate, Wings Event Center, and many restaurants. Very good stay for the $.
