"Clean room, good air conditioning and excellent spa and gym facilities.
Small little shower gel and shampoo bottles were not enough and too fiddly to use. Water pressure in shower was too low. Periods without hot water from sink. We stayed on the 5th floor and our view of building construction was claustrophobic and full of bird droppings, we were told we would have runway views.."

"My girlfriends and I had a great stay the night before our flight home from Heathrow. We highly recommend paying for the breakfast, it’s amazing! So many selections, and everything was delicious. Our room was as very comfortable and clean. Our only issue was figuring out how to turn off the string lights behind the headboard. The staff as very kind and helpful! We would also recommend booking transportation to and from the airport with the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!"
