"Blocked shower in first room, moved room. Towels above toilet, knock them, all towels in toilet. 2 plug sockets in worst possible location. Garbage WiFi in both rooms. Mar 16 (working weeknight) woken 3 times to continuous running up/down the stairs until 4am, contacted reception twice, second time, receptionist thought it sensible to pretend to be mentally deranged to get me off the phone. "Great location next to Tube, shops and restaurants. Really quick to get to the West End. The room was lovely with comfy bed and nice shower. You are on a main road so quite a bit of traffic noise but that didn't bother me."
