The host was very gracious and accommodating. She made us dinner reservations in town at a fantastic restaurant. Many horses on the property you could visit with. Rooms are brand new and spacious.

Such a unique place. Love the ambiance love the thought that went into the place. The scenery and nature is so well integrated. We used it as a bed and breakfast place but looks to be the perfect place for a private venue. Really appreciate the owner C. and all the work she puts into this place. Terrific hotel with amazing staff and service.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The photos do not do the hotel justice. The staff were very friendly, we slept in so we couldn't experience the breakfast but the room restaurant looked inviting. The air-conditioning worked very well for the August weather. A very comfortable stay!

Beautiful property located 5 minutes from the city of Bayeux. This city has some nice reasonable priced places to eat, the famous tapestry that is 70 feet and a large cathedral. D day beaches about 30 minutes away max and of course the museums. Utah,Omaha,Point du hoc. Prices on site are very high but if you don't mind driving into town it's not a problem. Front desk gentlemen when we checked in spoke good English and was very accommodating.

Clean and comfortable and has air conditioning!! Which was very nice since we were there during the heatwave. Lovely breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful.

Valerie and David were devoted hosts. They took time to sit with us at breakfast our first morning and give us information of Bayeux. The room was very comfortable and lovely. Breakfast consisted of French bread, pastries, local cheeses, homemade jams and cakes. The rooms surround an old stone courtyard. It used to be a blacksmith area originally. We enjoyed our visit and recommend it highly.

Cute boutique hotel. Pros: friendly staff with good accommodations. Cons: the floors had crumbs and hair from the previous occupants. A fan would be helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but not abundant. We are vegetarians, so not as much for us to eat. I would stay here again, but not purchase the breakfast. Exit train station doors and look across the street - Voila, Hotel La Consigne! Perfect location for me and my daughter arriving late in the evening. Last thing you want to do is have to look for your hotel in a strange city at night. We notified the staff in advance that we were arriving late from Bordeaux due to the train strike in France and they kindly waited up for us to give us our keys. The next two mornings we enjoyed the simple but tasty continental breakfast provided by the hotel...

Very helpful people!!! free wifi but not strong signal on 2nd floor and no lobby to access.

Ibis hotel was very cleaned the staff helpful however it is located in a commercial area not very close to shops however i will be gladly stay there again.
