The rooms are above the resturant. Our room was nice, and clean, and really good sized.
The hotel is next door to another good resturant, and there are several good places to eat within 100m or so.

Charming, 100 year old country house with a bit of a doll-house atmosphere. Room was individually air-conditioned, which is relatively rare in France. Beautiful bathroom with a high-tech shower Charming host that went out of his way to accommodate us. Wonderful French breakfast with fresh breads, local cheese and home-made preserves.
One word of caution: if you have mobility issues, the stairs to the rooms on the second and third floor may be a deal breaker.
The AC was very good, which was so important during the heat wave, and I liked the shower because the shower door closed completely which prevented water from getting all over the bathroom floor. In addition, the floor of the shower was not slippery the way most shower floors are.
