Only stayed for one night, but great central location to main square (whilst still being quiet). Old style hotel and rooms (lots of history!) but well looked after, clean. and cosy vibe. Lovely breakfast selection too. The receptionist, Pierre, was super friendly and more than happy to help you, suggesting things to do during my stay. Would definitely stay again 🙂

Breakfasts were generous and fresh. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room and linens were clean. We had booked a queen bed but they gave us a king which was a little too big for the size of the room. The hotel was just off the main square so super handy to restaurants. Hotel had a lovely back terrace to enjoy a drink.

This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. Breakfast was continental with a good choice. If you want something very French and of its period you won't be disappointed.

I had asked for a room with view of courtyard at the front of the hotel, for which I had a reply saying this was agreed. On arrival I was told there were no rooms at the front of the hotel available, all full. The person on reception was apologetic and offered a free drink. The hotel is a lovely old building and very central. I had also been told the close underground car park would be free for us as a blue badge holder, but we were charged £20 per day. Breakfast was a little chaotic as everyone had to do everything for themselves so lots of queuing and waiting. We really enjoyed our stay but felt a few issues could have been avoided by more accurate information and help.
