I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The breakfast was five star every morning and the servers were great. Even the wifi was strong. There is a great food place across the street and a grocery store and a train stop to downtown is right there as well. This is a great little gem on the outside of town and worth it! I will stay here again in May when I return.

Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...
This hotel is in the same building as the Naples metro which makes it very convenient to use the metro to get into the center of Naples. We wanted to find a hotel close to the Posillipo are and this hotel is perfect. A parking lot is adjacent to the hotel so it is very convenient. Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly, and they served a full breakfast with many selections. This is our third stay in this hotel.
The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods.
The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one.

Naples is not always the best looking city, but viewed from the rooftop terrace, you'd never know. The room was very nice, the staff was friendly, the wifi in the room was strong, but all of these were eclipsed by the rooftop. It stunning.
The hotel is located on a hill, so walking to/from there will include hills and stairs, if that is an issue. It's close to a Metro station and an inexpensive (and exciting) cab ride from anywhere in the city.
I stayed here for one night and found this hotel by accident. It's clean, modern, has a great view, and is in a great location. My room has a view of the water. The rooms are on the first floor of the building so it can be noisy sometimes. Each room has a different movie or celebrity name. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. I liked the properties conditions, very clean and confortable, great and conveniently located. The staff and service was excellent, but unfortunately in occasion the surrounding area was not at the level of the quality of the property.
Wonderfully located hotel close to everything this wonderful city has to offer. Really, this is a perfect hotel. The only issue was at breakfast which is served at a beautiful rooftop terrace. They have at least 4 people clearing and setting the breakfast table but only one person serving coffee. Each time I asked for coffee they would say that only that one person could serve coffee (this is a vertically managed anything in Italy). Sometimes we had to wait ten minutes just to get coffee.
