Helium was a fantastic host, always polite and ready to help us however we needed. House was clean and bedroom was as described. Our flight was late in the evening so we were allowed to stay an extra 6 hours and Helium even went to collect some food. Breakfast was tasty and very filling. We loved it here and plan to return. Thank you Helium and mama❣️"

"Overall nice stay. The view on a clear day is beautiful, the breakfast buffet is good, the pool area is lovely, massages were great. Staff is kind - shout out to Nelson who helped me recover my passport lost in a plane.
On the downside the steam room and sauna were not working well, we did not get house cleaning on our second day and we did not like that the shower water dripped onto the whole bathroom floor. Just feedback for the team which I’m sure can be remedied. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Lovely decor throughout. Lots of seating areas. Could do with a couple of patio heaters at this time of year for late afternoons or early dinners. Rooms with the large balconies are wonderful and you can sit and watch the sun rise over the mountains with your coffee. Ideally free tea and coffee could be provided in the mornings for sunrise time on the terrace. They offered it late afternoon when it was quiet instead.

WIFI was SUPERB! 70-75 mbps download and upload, was the only place in Nepal where I got to finish some work and download shows.
