The room was cleaned daily and felt safe. Great location. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Old Town Chania. Vasillis, was hospitable and helpful. If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.

This is a beautiful and modern hotel directly across from the sea (two beaches right across the street). I stayed in the luxury suites and had a great experience. The infinity pool is beautiful and overlooks the sea (you also overlook the road, which is unavoidable). Unlike other hotels I have stayed in Crete, the poolside bar remains open late into the evening even after the pool is closed to swimming and the cocktails are good. The hotel is beachfront and literally just a few steps away from the beach. The pool was incredible with plenty of sun-beds for all the guest. Great swim up bar and food available for purchase. The room I had with the whirlpool jacuzzi was incredible and beyond my expectations. I never wanted to leave the hotel because it was so beautiful, clean and welcoming. Vi hade en fin vistelse på Porto Kalamki. Vårt rum var nyrenoverat, rymligt och mycket välstädat. Att vi fick rummet högst upp med den bästa havsutsikten förstärkte såklart vår upplevelse. When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

The hotel is clean and quiet and has everything you need during your stay in Chania, including parking. The people are very kind and it's very easy to move around between Kalamaki, Chania town and Platanias by car or bus. The pool area is very relaxing.

The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!

A lovely hotel, very close to the beach, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, served à la carte with fresh and delicious options every morning. The staff were wonderful too — kind, helpful, and always welcoming. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean place with great service and a perfect location near the beach.

Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi. Friendly stuff, especially Katerina at the reception. I highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel.

This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were very friendly and helpful, a/c worked very well, room decor was intentional and practical. Breakfast was very good, too!
