Parking isn't easy, since it's not available close to the hotel. However, Anna on the hotel staff came with us, and helped us park and bring our bags to the hotel through the complicated and narrow streets of the old town neighborhood of Seville. We were amazed by the beautiful and welcoming interior. The breakfasts in the morning were great, and served in style. The room was perfectly comfortable and clean.
Boutique hotel with excellent service!!! Staff was friendly and always available. Location can’t be beat if you’re exploring Seville! Note that if you’re using Uber, they have to drop you off a block away, not really a big issue.
Walking distance to tourist attractions. Love the large bathroom, comfortable beds, across is Manolo bakes for breakfast. Marta as well as other Staff members were very courteous. Thank you.

The staff is wonderful and do helpful. I took the AirPort Express bus in & out from the airport which is quick, close & easy.

This is an enchanting hotel full of hidden patios, lush greenery and surprises around every corner. A definite must stay if you plan to overnight in Sevilla.
It is like a large Orlando hotel that has good AC, good food, clean rooms that have been modernized, and a pool. You have beautiful views of Sevilla as you are on a hill. We enjoyed our stay. If you are going into Sevilla, parking in the city center is a nightmare. If you decide to take the metro, you will need to take the hotel shuttle to the metro station. When you want to return to the hotel, having access to your phone to call the front desk to notify them that you are at San Juan Bajo...
Beautiful property with an interesting history. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it. The pool area was nice, would have been great if they had a jacuzzi also. Rooms were nice and dark.
The only reason I am not giving this a higher review is because online the photos of the standard rooms appear to have a balcony or at least a large window. The first room we were given had a shoebox-sized window. We went back to the front and had to upgrade to a superior room for $30 more a night in...
I had done a lot of research before booking my trip to Seville to ensure we stayed in the right part of town and at a respectable hotel. Petit Palace is located in the old Santa Cruz district, which is where you want to be!!! We enjoyed walking the short walk of narrow streets with beautiful architecture, churches etc, toward the lively strips of restaurants and the Catherdral. It wasn’t loud at night around the hotel at all.
The double room was a tad on the smaller side but its to be expected...
Hotel Europa was perfect for our 2 night stay in Seville. The staff was wonderful- they helped us buy tickets to a Flaminco show and a tour. The room was spacious and slept 3 of us comfortably in our own bed. It was in a perfect location- we were able to walk to everything quickly. Highly recommend.
I was there only for a night but the location and confort are remarcan in comparison with the average budget hotel in Europe. This one even has an elevator and the facilities are good and work well. The people at the desk are very helpful and kind. I would go back to this hotel.
