We had an incredible stay at Hotel Zerupe! All of the front desk staff were so friendly and had great recommendations for the area. The location cannot be beat- you can easily walk to restaurants, gelato, shops, and the beach! The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked great. The hotel is in the pedestrian only area of the city, so you will need to walk about a block from where a car might drop you off to get to the hotel. Lovely Hotel positioned in the middle of the town and in the heart of the mountains. 4 star quality at 3 start prices. The breakfast was excellent, as were the pinxos served by the bar. The room was well decorated and spacious. Everything in this small town is within walking distance and all of Basque Country is close due to the highway through town. I would certainly stay here again!
A relatively new property so some limitations (they stated there was a laundry but no washing machine was hooked up) but the manager was wonderful and the room was great. She helped us find and get a reservation at a wonderful restaurant for our anniversary. She was also very helpful with other suggestions. Right in the old town, next to the harbor and trail up to the castle, and can walk to everything easily right from the hotel. Friendly staff and great fresh breakfast offerings each day.
Great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Easy walk from the bus station. Don't forget to ask about the elevator from the city-level. The hotel is on a hill and is quite a walk uphill if you're not aware of the elevator. It's locked and requires a code but you can call on the intercom when you arrive to have them open for you.
Hotel is clean and modern. Easy to park in underground garage. Great breakfast. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is about 30 minute walk to the beach and 45 to the old part of the town. Staff speaks English and is very helpful
We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at Hotel Arbaso. It is a modern and clean property, and we got our best sleep during our trip here! Everyone on the staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. The location could not be more perfect. It's located on a quiet street and in walking distance to many sites including the Old Town, beach, and restaurants. The room was quite spacious also, and I surely enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
