I travelled to Japan for the first time and this hotel was very lovely. Very friendly staff ready to help and it was very convenient to go to the 7/11 downstairs. The only con would be that there is limited transportion by bus to Narita but this is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel is a little far from Tokyo main attraction but, it was still easy access to station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we felt very welcomed and the hotel was excellent!
We sat outside with the provided breakfast each day, with NO traffic noise, as the hotel fronts on a Bike/Hike path. It was very sociable and pleasant, and sets a wonderful tone to start the day. The attached coffeeshop is also popular with the dogwalkers, so the front patio is cheerful and fluffy every day.
Room was small but clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Hotel was slightly out of the hustle and bustle which provided a needed respite from the craziness of Shinjuku - though it was an easy walk to get to nightlife options. Definitely recommend the hotel - it was relatively inexpensive as well.
I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. As many reviewers mentioned, this hotel is located about 10 minutes away from the closest metro stop (Marunouchi Line - M10 (Shinjuku Gyoemmae)). The metro stop is small, but accessible to a number of tourist attractions. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku.
