"This hotel is listed under “ ISTAMBUL airport area”, while it is 60 km away, who knows where. Also, there is no Airport Shuttle, when I sent them a message if it is coming all the time, or need to request one, they replied to get a taxi I ended up having to stay at the Istanbul airport overnight for 8 hours, which was horrible. When I called Hotels,con customer service the Indian agent didn’t understand that there is an error in the listing and I do not get a refund. What a waste of money and time! "

"Excellent property, lovely spa and swimming pool. Gym was very well equipped and better than many 5 stars we have stayed in previously. The entire stay was lovely, very comfortable beds. Only one setback was that unfortunately shower gel was empty and hair conditioner was on its last pump when we checked in, after asking front desk to refill we did not fine it refilled when we returned to our room. We would still return and stay again if we ever have to fly out of SAW."

"I had surgery and specifically requested a non smoking room prior to check in. Upon arriving to my room, it smelt like cigarette - so the front desk accommodated a room change. The second room also smelt heavily of smoke, and upon requesting for the third time a non-smoking room, I was told the best they can do is to “spray the carpet”. Due to complications second hand smoke can have on bleeding and other surgical risks, I couldn’t even stay my first night. I had to check out within a few hours and the hotel is refusing to provide a refund, even though it was for legitimate medical reasons. They are saying I “refused” a room change, however, it would’ve been my third time changing rooms. At that point is what made clear, no matter which room they put me in, it’s simply not a smoke free hotel, and a “non smoking room” was wrongfully advertised. I am now out $400 and they refuse to refund me. "

"Superb hotel. A large clean, completely soundproof room with comfortable (firm) beds. The fitness centre is well equipped with a squat rack and olympic bar and weights. The lobby, bar, restaurant are all nicely appointed and it has a lovely outdoor atrium. The buffet breakfast is great and it is about a 3 minute walk to the airport entrance. Easily worth 50% more than the €125 we paid."
