" We recently stayed at the Upper Harbor Hotel for a city trip to Lisbon, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Since the hotel had only been open for about three months when we arrived, everything felt incredibly fresh and modern. ​Location & Logistics ​The hotel’s location is a major plus if you want to avoid the chaos of city traffic. ​The Ferry Connection: It is about a 20-minute walk to the docks, where you can catch a 10-minute ferry directly into the center of Lisbon. ​No Car Needed: Parking in central Lisbon is notoriously difficult, so utilizing the ferry is much more convenient. ​The hotel does offer an underground parking area for an additional cost, but there is more than enough space around the hotel for free. This is an apart-hotel, so the rooms are exceptionally large and well-equipped: Our room included a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a large TV. While the IT team was still finalizing the "casting" features (Netflix, etc.) during our stay, the hardware is all top-tier. ​The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It features a massive walk-in shower. Ironically, it’s almost too big—the shelf for shampoo is a few steps away from the water, which isn't the most practical layout, but it is certainly spacious. ​Breakfast: A standout feature! It provided a full spread with everything you could possibly need to start"

"This is was a great one night stay before catching a flight home. Easy 20 min drive to the airport. Hotel is right on the water and has an amazing sunset view from the roof. The roof has a bar restaurant and a pool. We were there in March and the pool was heated with a glass roof. We had a room with bunk bed like beds for the kids and they loved it. I think they have a garage, but there was plenty of street parking. The staff were wonderful. I would definitely recommend "

"WOW!! Simply incredible. We have never been so relaxed. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with someone to look after us, to the moment we left we were well looked after. This is a luxury hotel with amazing rooms, the resort is so peaceful with gorgeous surroundings. It is a perfect place to sit or enjoy the spa and let time go by. 10/10 we loved our stay here"

"location super relaxing, specially first thing in the morning waking up with birds singing-priceless!! Very comfortable bed and also pillows. Supplied bathrobes but had to ask for slippers. Breakfast was ok, not a massive variety but was enough, a couple of times the eggs looked like was sitting there for long time, but i asked for a fresh ones and that was provided. Staff was somehow ok, not the most polite and informative i have come across, but if you ask a question they will answer you. Room/apartment was spacious but bathroom was small. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor a couple of times i had to clean it myself, one time i left a dirty kitchen cloth on the bathroom floor with dirty bath towels for this to be changed and that was picked up for the floor and put back again in the kitchen, that's was extremely bad of the cleaners doing that! I had to go to reception to complain and they sent a clean one. "
