Very relaxing , quiet and zen hotel. Room was beautiful and food was great everywhere including the breakfast buffet. I think the best part of the hotel is the beach access (sun beds included in the price). The only thing is staff could provide higher quality service for the price - they provided conflicting information about the resort facilities at points and didn’t bend over backward to offer transportation to restaurants/spa across the highway; and you have to specifically request them to pick you up at your villa otherwise you have to walk 5-10 minutes to the front lobby to catch the shuttle. We also asked them to book a restaurant for us and they said they were working on it and just never gave us a call back. Also note that you must make restaurant reservations in advance of your stay. There are 2 different hotel locations so the restaurants and rooms/spa are spread out between the two and you need to take the shuttle to get across the highway to the other location.

Clearly among the best places to stay in Comporta. Sublime has created a truly tranquil experience (not only a hotel) nested within nature. Beach is nearby and can be reached by car within 10 min or the complementary shuttle.

O hotel é muito bom, porém ao chegar no meu quarto o vaso sanitário não estava bem limpo, estava com gotas de urina seca e amarelada escorrida no vaso embaixo, e isso não é bom, achei ruim a limpeza do quarto por causa disso. Isso significa que eles não lavaram todo o vaso sanitário do banheiro ao trocar de hóspede, somente limparam a parte de cima do vaso sanitário e esqueceram de limpar a parte de baixo do vaso sanitário. O banheiro tem que ser bem lavado ao trocar de hóspede, se tivesse sido bem lavado não tinha essas gotas de urina seca embaixo do lado de fora do vaso sanitário. Achei também que faltou prateleira debaixo da pia do banheiro para colocar nossos itens de uso do banheiro e lugar para pendurar as toalhas, faltou também um banco ou algo similar dentro dos quartos para colocar mais malas O hotel é muito bom, mas tem que prestar atenção na limpeza dos quartos e principalmente do banheiro. Mas mesmo assim voltaria novamente, pois o restante foi excelente! Gostamos muito do hotel e voltaríamos novamente.

Das Personal war super nett, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Leider war die Unterkunft sehr schwer zu finden. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht. Für rund 500 € pro Nacht hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und es gab unglaublich viele Mücken, sodass wir am Ende mit unzähligen Stichen nach Hause gefahren sind. Das Konzept der Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht eher auf Ruhe und Entspannung ausgelegt und wirkt fast wie ein Rückzugsort für Künstler oder Erwachsene, die bewusst abschalten möchten. Für Familien mit einem kleinen Kind ist sie unserer Meinung nach eher ungeeignet. Positiv hervorzuheben ist der kostenlose Transfer zum Strand, der etwa 20 Minuten entfernt liegt. Außerdem waren sowohl das Mittag- und Abendessen im Restaurant als auch das Frühstück wirklich sensationell. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist: Die Atmosphäre unter den Gästen wirkte sehr ernst und wenig herzlich oder fröhlich. Das hat unseren Gesamteindruck zusätzlich etwas getrübt. Für uns war es daher leider kein gelungener Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Kind. Ich denke, die Unterkunft eignet sich eher für Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kindern.

Confusing when you book which part of the property you’re staying in. It’s now divided across a street and requires inconvenient shuttle transfers. If you’re into a rustic experience and want to visit, I’d highly recommend staying on the original part of the property only, not the new area which has immature landscaping and ugly views over exposed AC units. The pictures are also misleading that this is beachfront- it’s a 10-15 minute drive to the beach. Staff skill sets vary dramatically. Maria on front desk is amazing, but there are also a bunch of ill trained interns in forward facing positions without proper supervision. Breakfast was covered in flies, as was the Sublime Beach club (go to JNCQuoi beach club instead). This honestly doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel. We will not be returning.
