A huge highlight was the front desk service—I wish I had caught the name of the young woman working there, as she was unbelievably nice had worked there since she was 15 and gave the most helpful local recommendations for sightseeing. We upgraded to a "romance" room which has a lovely view over the villa's front lawn and included an enormous bathroom with large soaking tub and its own sauna. I chose this w/o knowing what to expect. Needed a place for 2 nights to be close to family. Small town atmosphere which had a great ladies store walking distance. The Hotel itself had great food and many patrons were eating on the patio on Saturday afternoon. The diningroom was busy w locals inside as well in the evening. Our room was spacious and clean.
