"Property is in great condition. The service at the hotel is top notch with the staff dedicated to taking care of you. The food at the restaurant is very tasty and made from fresh and good quality ingredients. The property is located 1km from the main Leh Market and it's an easy 15 minute uphill walk to the market. The property is also only 10 mins from the airport. The property also has great view of the hills."

"Wonderful location! Peaceful and quiet while still within walking distance to town. The manager, Mr. Anthony, was always welcoming and willing to assist, give advice, or just have a friendly chat. The rooms were clean and very high standard - overall recommended."

"A wonderful stay in a professionally run hotel - I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The rooms are clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped, staff is helpful and organized, the breakfast buffet and other dining options are excellent, the location is convenient, parking is adequate plus there is a superb convenience store on the ground floor to cover any last minute items that may be needed. The hotel staff also helped connect me to good tour operators and were really nice to interact...

"Lovely hotel with a fantastic staff, loved the convenience of access to Main Market "

"Conveniently located and good service "

"I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at The Pal and look forward to staying again next time I visit wonderful Leh. "

"Good location, 4 minutes walk to the Leh market. At check out they told me that they couldn't accept credit cards. Since I didn't have enough cash, they gave me their phone number and told me to pay using an application when I get home. Wow, how trustful!!! The only thing I did not like was that there was no heating. They provided a small heater but that wasn't enough. There was plenty of hot water. What I liked the most was the food, so fresh and so good. I could say it is the best hotel...

"Total scam. This guy doesn't operate it any more but is still taking money. Had to stay somewhere else and lost my payment. Also you can't even find the place. AVOID!"
