"We had a fantastic time at J hoppers while visiting Hiroshima. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming, the facilities had everything expected from a hostel. One possible improvement would be a little more air circulation, since we found our room to have a residual smell of humidity - although it was clean."

The check-in process was seamless. I was a little worried that there wasn't someone there to assist the process but none was needed. There was constant communication and the codes to get in the building and room worked like a champ. The room was clean, well maintained and the location was great.
While the property is 30 years old, it retains its focus on guest service. Plenty of amenities, including spa, pool, health club. Included if on club floor. Also a convenience store and wonderful service. Rooftop restaurant and other restaurants. Breakfast was included for me. I feel it was an excellent value. The location can’t be better. Walkable to Peace Memorial Museum and Atomic Bomb Dome.
Room was very clean with a great view of the Atomic Bomb Dome and Museum. Very secure and easy to find location too. I would highly recommend this for your stay.
This hotel is incredibly close to one of the most iconic structures of World War II, directly across from the “atomic dome“ which is one of the few buildings left from the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. The hypocenter, where the weapon exploded, is just behind the hotel, which tells you the amazing recovery. The people of Hiroshima have made.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Traveled with 3 teens. Spacious, clean, stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchen well stocked and again everythingso well kept ant clean. Location was perfect for us. Even stocked with ear plugs as it is a bit more noisy being in the main street, for us it was not an issue whatsoever. Will be dacubg this location for future travel and definitely recommend it.
Room was nice and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. Was right near train station. Not that much shops but had food. Overall for traveling it was very reasonable. If you need a place to stay if your not looking for fancy.

Excellent property. Newer building in a very safe area. Didn’t have any fears walking even at night. Very clean rooms. Stayed in the family suite as we have 2 kids. Worked perfect. Kids had their own room and beds. Rooms were large compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. Fantastic bathroom set up. Good amenities including toiletries, PJs and slippers however no washing machine. There is a laundromat within walking distance which was easy and quick plus no need for laundry soap. Check...
We liked access to the kitchen and loved the spacious 6-tatami floor room. Only word of advice is it’s an older building with thin inner walls so be sure to keep quiet to respect your neighbors and the staff. Staff were great!
