Beautiful location and view was incredible! Onsen are clean and lots of amenities. Meals included with the stay (12 course kaiseki dinner and breakfast buffet) were soooo delicious. Staff was very helpful including bringing an early shuttle bus in for just the two of us so we would be on time for our Shinkansen! Just the most incredible experience we've ever had in a hotel. So much more that just a hotel, it's a whole Japanese luxury experience.
