The place was immaculately clean and had all the amenities in the room you are likely to need. Friendly staff and some welcome gifts in the room a nice personal touch. For the price I thought it offered great value. Also ideal for those doing the Shimanami Kaido as the train station and cycle rental are just over the road.

The location is amazing and the views of the water are exceptional! Two ladies at the front desk (Fukuhara and maebara) were extremely helpful to my friend and me to help us with making plans and working out the logistics. I loved this place and will definitely stay here again when I come through. Onomichi is charming !

Great location, close proximity to station, friendly staff, efficient check in process. Overall great but hotel is a bit dated, one lift was out of action, and room lighting dim and one light was broken.
