The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable.
Loved the location. Breakfast was wonderful. The restaurant across the way that was the affiliated with the hotel was also great. Stupid person that I am, I couldn’t figure out how to work the shades until the next morning and didn’t see any in the bathroom altho the window may have been glazed a bit. Make sure you figure all that out before you turn in for the night :)
This is a great, family run hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It was fairly obvious that the vote has recently updated their rooms and common area. The restaurant is the bomb.
Great hotel next to the castle Burg Reichenstein. Upscale hotel with great views of the Rhein river or castle. The rooms are comfortable but not for longer stays as there are no closets or drawers or even a table. The bathrooms are interesting, beautifully done but toilet, shower and sink are separated; it's a bit odd to have the shower in the room/hallway with only a glass door so no privacy at all. Hadn’t visited this town before so it was an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The Irish bar around the corner was a lot of fun.the church in town shouldn’t be missed.
Very beautiful stay. From our window we could see the ruins of the old church and the castle. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to a friend or family member.
