Breakfast coffee choices and preserve choices are excellent. Food choices could be improved on: avoid canned fruits, use fresh fruit for yoghurt etc. Improve selection of cheeses and meet ( too much charcuterie- use ham and fish) Selection of hot items are particularly unhealthy ( saussages, beans, even scambled eggs out of the tube….; offer baked tomatoes, soft boiled eggs, baked mushrooms…)

Stayed one night at this hotel during our tour of Germany. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is outside the city centre so not all that close to restaurants (other than fast food). The hotel listing indicates it has a restaurant but upon our arrival at 6 pm on a Friday night the restaurant and bar were already closed? The hotel listing also indicates it has laundry facilities but when we asked at check in this was not the case. Unfortunate as that was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient.

The room.was nice and clean, but elevator was not working. We need to wait long for 3 floors and if you take it you will be stuck as the ground floor doesn't work. Air-conditioning running at 18 degrees blowing hot air. Very hot and hard to sleep. We keep the window open. Parking full also because and the hotel keep charge people even t everyone is bypassing the gate trough an missing pilar. Even you arrive to the gate..the machine will not provide any ticket. The hotel is in a good position with all kind of stores such as kaufland and dechatlon around 300m. McDonald's kfc and burger king are near by

Staff was quite helpful. Unfortunately the groundfloor elevator door had to be opened manually by staff for all week of our stay and were distracted from their regular desk work. The restaurant oven was broken one night so no food was available. Breakfast selection is ok but not exceptional. I appreciated the easy and tasty preserve edible servings with ( almost) no spills and wast!

Zu wenig Parkplätze. Als wir Abends zum Hotel kamen, war alles besetzt. Wir wurden in ein benachbartes Parkhaus verwiesen, wo wir mit 16€.fast das Doppelte bezahlten. Es gibt andere Parkplätze an der Mall oder an den FastFood Restaurants, da weiß man aber nicht, ob man über Nacht abgeschleppt wird. Also besser Parkhaus. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Nächtlicher Krach auf dem Flur oder in anderen Zimmern ist gut hörbar und beeinträchtigt das Schlaferlebnis. Mit 19€ recht teures Frühstück, obwohl die Auswahl übersichtlich ist. Kein Spiegelei, nur 3 Sorten Käse, 3 Sorten Wurst, 3 Sorten Marmelade. Nutella funktionierte nicht. Fahrstuhl defekt, Tür im EG öffnet nicht von selbst, da muss jemand von der Rezeption kommen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das schnell repariert wird.

God verdi for pengene!

Ekstremt bra service ved innsjekk, vi fikk oppgradert rommet og mottok flere gode tips fra to hyggelige og behjelpelige damer i resepsjonen. Fikk også fikset sen utsjekk. Ved utsjekk var dessverre ikke servicen like god - vi måtte vente 25 min. på å få sjekket ut og rakk såvidt taxien vi hadde bestilt.
