The hotel is across the street from the train station so very convenient. Christmas markets were within 15 minute walk. Several dining options near hotel. Staff were very friendly.
Clean modern room. Friendly efficient staff perfect for one night while passing through. Only (small) complaint is that the parking lot was full and not easy to find street parking in the area.
The hotel was great and the lady at the front desk was terrific....she had us in tears with her lovely English (which we were so glad to hear by this point). She gave us wonderful tips and everything was very handy. Hotel was beautiful and breakfast was a treat.
Best Location and easy walk to and from Strasbourg station.
Property had clean and aesthetically pleasing lobby and seating areas. Super cordial and helpful staff at front desk. Room was very comfortable with good mattress and good size clean bathroom ( not cramped) good size TV and selection of channels for viewing when resting. I like the in room safe size good to store cash and valuables like an iPad and documents

Very friendly staff. Helpful. Everything was extremely clean and the hoteliers followed all COVID prevention measures. Our room was small but comfortable. The hotel is in a nice, quiet location close to many restaurants and about 3 minute walk from a parking garage (about €20/night) and 5-7 minute walk from the cathedral.
