8/10 Very good

A really nice hotel, easy to get to the city by Tram with only a few minutes walk. The pool and spa were great and made for a relaxing afternoon. We would stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional

Good location and very convenient for a cheap tram ride into the centre. The hotel feels new, 416 was a lovely room, and the hotel is clean and tidy. The food was much better than might be expected for a hotel. The spa however is the highlight, we would recommend this hotel.

- Free parking - Easy access by tram to historic center - Friendly staff - We definitely didn’t like the bathroom. The shower area is wide open, soaking the entire bathroom every time someone takes a shower.

It was a pleasant stay with good amenities. Close to public transport. Parking for free is an issue and could have done with a mini fridge.

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice spa area, the room was good, shower and toilet are separated which is uncommon but really great!!! The shower had good water pressure, too. I’d definitely get breakfast as there isn’t much in the surrounding area to go to. We had a rwally good time.

10/10 Exceptional

We truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for two nights and loved the spa program, and we were able to rest wonderfully on the huge, incredibly comfortable bed. All the staff members we met were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. We have absolutely no complaints.

Very clean, polite staff and modern decor. Great value for money. Stayed in a family room - 2 adults and 2 children. Lovely pool that we could use until 10 pm

6/10 Good

Room is good and the spa and pool are very nice. However, the room lacked toiletries and i didnt like that you had to pay extra for a bathrobe and slippers for the spa. Free parking is not guaranteed so most of the time you will have to pay

The room was clean, however the jets in yhe tub were slimy so we opted not to use it for health safely reasons.

Cleanliness: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Comfort: 4/5 Noise: 5/5 Overall: A decently priced budget friendly hotel close to the tram. The extended review... Cleanliness: 4/5 - For the most part things were fairly clean and tidy. There were some dried blood stains on the bed sheets though for our first night. Service: 3/5 - Standard service. Comfort: 4/5 - It was a fairly comfortable bed and not that tiny of a room. Noise: 5/5 - Very quiet which was nice.
