"The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, making it a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the historic Shuri Castle, while still being close enough to Kokusai Street for shopping and dining.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable base for exploring Naha."
"The staff is always amazing. The rooms are clean, comfortable in the washer and dryers at plus. My location is also amazing and it’s got a beautiful view, especially when you see the sunset."

Great location, easy access to Ginowan and Naha. Having access to a car is important for this hotel. Family Mart right next door, which was very convenient.
Nice hotel, but looks little old, some part where in floor and are not fixed, the pool is nice too but because of corona it was open only evening, the transportation is not fluent around, you can use a Taxi to go American village. nice for children and family.
Solid place. Great for the money, but downside was pool was advertised, but is closed for the entire season. They should take the pool off of the Expedia ad. It’s very misleading.
I was hesitant to choose because I hadn’t heard of them before. It just opened.
I will not hesitate next time. The hotel was great! The staff was great! The food was great! The music show was great also. Real easy location and right on the beach.
I am very satisfied with this hotel.
My flight was cancelled multiple times due to Super Typhoon Bavi. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to change the dates of my reservations the day I was supposed to arrive. The room was spacious, clean and the view from the room was amazing. I would highly recommend.
I booked a total of three rooms for 10 days and through my own oversight, I booked one room for one day less than I wanted. Mr. Taira at the front desk informed me that the hotel was sold out for the last night of our stay but that he would work on it to see what he could do. He kept me appraised on a daily basis of the status and a few days later he informed me that he was able to get a room for us on the last night. Although the front desk staff offered to move all our belongings from one...
This was my first time visiting okinawa. I was confused about where to stay on this big island. I am very happy I picked Naha terrace. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city center but only 10 minutes walking to it. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Just 15 minutes walking to the ferries to Zamami and Aka island. Nice staff. Thank you.
very nice, clean hotel that is conveniently located to rail systems and other transit to see the highlights around Naha and Okinawa. Food and shopping within walking distance. Nice well stocked 24 hour convenience store.
