This is a brand new hotel conveniently located at the port. If you plan on day tripping to the other islands, I highly recommend this stay! I had some issues with the washing machines not drying my clothes, but otherwise really enjoyed my stay!

Was at the Hotel for The Scalp Inc Okinawa Beauty event. I travel often for work worldwide. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Amazing breakfast buffet. Everyone went above and beyond as we wear there during Typhoon and airport was shot down for 2 days. Room where spotless clean. Walkable distance from shops, market, restaurants… I strongly recommend.

We stayed for four nights and had a good stay. The hotel is new and therefore in great condition. The location is great if you have booked island visits as it is right above the port. Our room was big with a beautiful view of the harbour and the beds were very comfortable. The Onsen is spacious and nice with a sauna, however we did miss the refreshments such as tea, ice cream or similar after the bath. The terrace with a (very small!) pool is a nice place to relax in the sun. There are however room for improvement. Our overall experience with staff is that they are friendly, but as most staff do not speak English at all, it is really hard do communicate. This affected both check in procedures, car rental services and restaurant visits. Further, the breakfast buffet is not worth the money. The buffet was not well stocked at all, items ran low and standard things were missing such as proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso etc), granola, cheese or ham for sandwiches, honey for tea and similar. Some food items seemed to be left overs form yesterdays dinner such as ”taco meat”. The French toast was beautiful but unfortunately very soggy. There were some fruit options but very limited and the taste of the mango and avocado indicated that it had been frozen. Overall this is a good hotel with the potential of becoming a great one.

2泊しました。建物自体は古いようですが綺麗にリノベーションされていてオシャレです。スタッフも親切に対応してくださり、とても快適に過ごせました。お食事もとても美味しかったですし、朝食ビュッフェ会場のレストランがとても広くて解放感があるので、朝の混雑する時間帯であってもゆとりがあり、ゆっくり食事を楽しむことができました。

挙式の為利用しました。式や披露宴等はスタッフの対応含めとても良かったのですが、チェックインアウトがセルフだったので最初に案内等してほしかった。大浴場に行くルートが分からずたどり着けなかったので案内図を置くとか何とかしてほしい。料金程のサービスを感じれなかったのはとても残念。 客室はとても綺麗で清潔でしたがコーヒーやお茶等何も無いので飲み物は持ち込み必須。
