Excellent

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

Clean , good service and great location

Rooms have lots of space, breakfast has variety and onsen is great after a long day of exploring the city

The staff are very friendly. The room feels new and well maintained. Although the building is lacking a taxi pick up and drop off area, but there’s a monorail train station within a short walking distance.

The location near Haneda Airport was excellent. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and there were many convenience stores just a short walk away. The rooms were small, but very clean. The train station was a few minutes walk from the hotel, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

Compact as you’d expect in Tokyo area but jam packed with all the essentials. Location is great being steps away from the subway station and a 10 min walk from Shinagawa Station.(direct Narita Express train from the international airport) There is also a convenience store right around the corner as well as a grocery store near by. They offer a breakfast buffet for a fee as well. We made this hotel our home for 3 days, but would have been pretty comfortable even for a week. We will keep this...

6 blocks from cruiseship ports. 3 blocks from chinatown. 1 1/2 blocks from airport limosine bus stop. 1/2 blk from subway. Place was very clean, very safe and at least 1 person on duty who spoke english. Staff very helpful and accomadating. Easy to get around.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

The Hotel New Grand is a historical landmark in Yokohama. The location is hard to beat. It’s across the street from Yamashita Park, blocks from China Town, the International cruise terminal, 15 minute walk to Yokohama Stadium and good access to train system. Only down note is Hotel. Ew Grand needs to upgrade pillows, they were extremely uncomfortable.

Stayed with a friend & her kids for one night. The room was enough space and it was nice that there was a public bath. Close to Kannai station.

The staff was amazing at check in and question of finding places locally. A definite place to stay!!

We slept 2 nights at this hotel to go to Disneyland and Disney sea. There is a free shuttle from Maihama bay station which is very convenient. It is very easy to access both parks and having a noon check out is amazing. Beds are comfortable, room is spacious. There is a small convenient store in the lobby to purchase snacks and a bakery for croissant and other breakfast breads items. The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

Hotel was very convenient to both train stations. Shopping and food was working feet of the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Having a CLEAN laundry room on site was very convenient. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again.

Very clean and priced reasonably

Tsukiji market is outside your door! If you like the market vibe, this place is great! The room had a washer, hot plate, microwave, dining table and more!
