Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The cabins are clean and efficient and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the afternoons. The staff were very friendly to us non-French speaking folks.
Our major disappointment was that, although a restaurant is on the premises, we found out when we checked in that it was already fully booked for dinner both nights of our stay. We were able to get reservations for breakfast; breakfast was adequate, but not outstanding. If would have been helpful if the Hotels.com...
This is a beautiful well kept property with extraordinary hospitality extended by the Proprietor Alain and his wife and son and staff. They offer a very traditional French experience, from the accommodation to the aperitif to the petit dejeuner. It was magnificent and we cannot wait to visit again. We wouldn't change a thing about this hotel or this visit!
Comfortable bed, everything very clean, nice bathroom, the garden in perfect condition, very friendly and helpful owners, a dog which we would have liked to take home, a nice heated pool, quiet area but easy to reach a supermarket.
We will go there again.

Our only complaint would be that we never received an email about how to access the apartment and needed to go into the restaurant to find the property manager. No exercise facilitires on the property ( would be a nice touch).
L’hôtel est très bien situé (plages, Arcachon, dune du Pyla etc.), spacieux, calme et propre. L’air conditionné fonctionne bien. Le personnel est très courtois et efficace. Vraiment rien à reprocher, et au dessus de mon expérience des 4 étoiles en France et à l’international.

Attractive, boutique hotel right on the bay side in Arcachon with comfortable rooms close to everything. Ideal location put us with easy access to rent a bike or stroll the boardwalk or catch the ferry to Cap Ferret. All the restaurants are there and the town is just behind. The staff could not be nicer! Everyone charming and helpful. Two tips for your visit: make sure to reserve a parking spot with the hotel before your visit! They have limited spots.
