We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. Perfect location if you have to be by the Randwyck area in Maastricht. Close to train and bus stations, some university schools, the MECC and the hospital are literally next door.

It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.
Parking is on the property and tram access for the old city is just across from the entrance. Staff was very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent.
As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come..

We stayed here for a multi-day event at Megalands (concert venue in Landgraaf), and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, the kitchenette (complete with coffee maker, tea pot cups, bottle opener, wine key and refrigerator) was very useful, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was great.
