Absolutely wonderful! My wife and I stayed her for a quick little anniversary getaway. The room, views and food were as good as it looks. The care and service were even better. I rarely if ever wrote reviews but the proprietor of this BnB really deserves it for all her attention to detail. Truly lovely!

Family friendly, welcome package for kids. Great breakfast, nice pool for kids and adults. The suite we stayed in had everything we needed: kitchenette, laundry, safe, mini bar. Play area for kids downstairs was great. Wish there was a kids club that we can leave the kids with.

Amazing views

They upgraded us and suggested late checkout as we had a late night flight out the following day. It was a wonderful stay!!! We did miss the little boat shuttle to the pier, but a nice shuttle van was provided.

Great ferry ride to Asiatique and wonderful view

Can’t speak highly enough about this place! The customer service, the details, the beauty! I don’t even have kids, but I wish I did so I can bring them to this place. They’ve dedicated a whole floor with entertainment for all ages of kids including the newest PlayStations, at least 5 of them, an arcade, jungle gym, the pool, the rooftop, the rooms, the views!! I could go on and on! Beautiful place!! 5 STAR ACCOMMODATION!!

Lovely stay gardens were beautiful friendly staff pool a bit small however early morning late afternoon my preferred time breakfast excellent variety shuttle boat to bts and shopping … hotel situated at lower end of river

Wow, I really was impressed with the Valia. Booked a Junior Suite with access to the lounge and spent 3 great days. The gym is very complete, the breakfast with a zillion options (tried both at Florae and at the lounge and both were outstanding), the pool had a great combination of sun and shade, the shuttle was always there to take me shopping and the room was absolute silence (most important thing in a hotel room for me). I would go back in a heartbeat.

Last time, I shared my opinion on breakfast. I spent four days this time. I'm much better now, thank you.

Very nice hotel but breakfast with limited options

This was the first hotel that I saw only for star reviews and now I know why: it is a four star hotel! Perfect room, friendly staff, walk to mtr and shopping. The onsen was a bonus and very nice. Highly recommended

The hotel is meticulously looked out after, amenities modern, the theme is European-Singaporean.

I liked the friendly staff, and the excellent breakfast buffet.

Hotel and accommodations are top tiers

I like everything about this hotel. My last 5 trips to Bangkok, I stayed on this hotel. But unlike other hotels there is no room upgrades.. regardless, this will remain my prefered hotel for the time being. i usually visit Thailand at least once a year, if not twice.
